Pronto Process
Pronto Process began with Billy Wells. He started the business over 25 years ago. He brought his bride, Jan, into the business, and Shawn, their son, started working as a process server over 18 years ago. Shawn and his wife now manage the office and focus on customer service, training knowledgeable staff, and using technology to better serve our customers. Shawn is also an expert skip tracer and has a vast knowledge of process serving.
